Intercityhotel Mannheim

Competent and hard-working staff, it was very very good stay.

Everything was simply very comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast option, it was superb. Booked a twin room with windows to both sides. The service offered was exceptional!

The breakfast was sensational, the check in was early. Location: the hotel was near to main railway station, good rooms and free travel on public transport and restaurants and bars.

The location was very busy.

Some staff a bit stiff

The staff was friendly and it was directly located next to the central station.

Rooms were rather small and beds as well, but still clean!

I loved that the location was right at the train and bus station, we were easily able to get to a concert at the SAP center. The breakfast buffet was one of the best i have ever had. Great Value.

It was incredibly difficult to find... and when we called for more specific directions, the hotel staff was confusing and misleading. We were also mislead in regard to getting around the town, the staff should have been more informative about our options of public transit. We wasted alot of time and energy and eventually figured it out ourselves. The hotel itself was awesome and i would stay there again, if travelling without kids to mannheim.

Loved the design of the room, stylish and comfy. Our room was facing the train tracks but noise was minimal with the windows shut. Friendly staff.

Bathroom very nice.

No available parking spaces when I arrived late at night. Only public parking is available at this hotel. This did cause a delay in checking. Staff were very accommodating. Also breakfast was 15€. I thot it was included by the way it read. My mistake. It did not say not includedd. It said breakfast available.

Very clean and modern and free city travel pass

Excellent room, excellent bed. Breakfast was really good and the hotel is just 50m from the railway station. Also, you have lots of little restaurants to go out in the evening at walking distance.

This hotel is new and directly across from the main central Mannheim train and tram station. It's very convenient. The staff is multilingual and very helpful. The rooms are very nice but a bit stuffy. Breakfast is good. No coffee in the rooms but machines in the lobby.

After working in hotels for years I thought the hotel was overpriced for the room size.

The location, very close to the main station and the center of the ctiy.

Well positioned in front of Manniem rail way station. hotel's personal is helpful. There is a very good benefit to utilize most transportation for free of charge as much you stay in InterCity Hotel. Big and nice rooms.

Although I turned the air condition to the maximum(24 C) but I still feel cold a bit. I hope it will improve in future.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers excellent wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with restaurant recommendations, which I still remember. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.
